Delivery & Returns


We send the bulk of our parcels via Royal Mail, which seems to be the most environmentally conscious approach as they visit most premises daily already, also it's relatively cost-effective with a good service rating (on average, nationally).


The shipping cost is £5.

To make delivery as smooth as possible, it is best if your order can be sent to an address where someone is in to receive the parcel. No signature is required.

Maybe your workplace is a better delivery address or maybe you know your postman well enough to give instructions for the parcel to be left with a neighbor, on the porch, or wherever. Just include any special delivery instructions on your order and we will make sure they appear on the parcel.

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days but if you need your order in a hurry, please advise us and we will rush it through for you.


In the event of your order being damaged on arrival, we will pay the postage for the goods to be returned for a full refund.

If the goods are lost in transit, you will be offered either a replacement order or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Due to health and safety restrictions we cannot re-stock returned food items, they must be disposed of. However if you wish to return your ordered goods for any reason in the same condition they arrived in you can do so within 14 days of your order date for a full refund.

As a reminder, please note that our products are best kept in a cool, dry place, ideally in the fridge. In summer the pies will degrade faster than usual if not refrigerated.
