INGREDIENTS
• Snacksys Pink Himalayan Salt Chocolate
• Fresh mozzarella
• 1 package (5 ounces) spring mix salad greens
• 1 handful of watercress
• 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of honey
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
• Throw together the salad leaves as a base and slice and dice the strawberries and mozzarella. Arrange the cheese and strawberries over the greens.
• Melt ‘Snacksys Pink Himalayan Salt Chocolate’ stir until smooth. Whisk in the vinegar, oil, honey, salt and pepper into the Chocolate. Drizzle over salad.
*For non-vegetarians add prosciutto for extra flavour
