As a Cornish business, it seemed a natural extension to our RAW CHOCOLATE range to develop RAW FUDGE. A Raw Fudge without dairy, gluten or any added sugar.
The result below is a range of 3 fudges to choose from. Coconut oil replaces dairy and lucuma (a dried Amazonian fruit) replaces sugar. The result is delicious - do try!
